How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the ProTalk app:
- Open the app and go to Profile
- Tap Settings (top right)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
What Happens When You Delete
When you request account deletion, the following happens immediately:
- Your account is permanently deactivated
- You are signed out of all devices
- Your active subscription is cancelled
Data Deleted
The following data is permanently deleted:
- Account information (name, email)
- Lesson progress and quiz history
- Vocabulary and flashcards
- XP, streaks and skill scores
- Downloaded lessons
- Subscription and billing data
- App settings and preferences
